About River Rock Builders LLC


Keith and Patty Wingfield got into the construction business by building their own homes in the 80's' and 90's.  Their passion for building eventually led them to become full-time home builders. 

River Rock Builders designs all of their homes using computer-aided drafting software. This allows them to give their customers a three-dimensional view of everything in their proposed home and help them understand what their home will look like when completed. Together, Keith and Patty will custom design and construct a dream home for you.

Certifications:

Keith is a Certified Graduate Builder, which is a certification from the National Association of Home Builders and University Housing program.  He is also LEED AP certified and a Certified Green Professional.  He has served as the president of the Home Builders Association of Greater Little Rock.  During his term, he served as Co-Project Coordinator of the Gold Standard Green Model Home.

Patty is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist and a Certified Green Professional with the National Association of Home Builders.
