Certified Graduate Builder (CGB)
Keith Wingfield is a Certified Graduate Builder. This designation is from the National Association of Home Builders and the University Housing program. The Certified Graduate Builder is an exclusive professional designation designed to emphasize business and project management skills as the key to a professional building operation.
The CGB designation requires that graduates meet prescribed standards of practice, possess a minimum of two years building industry experience, have a proven track record of successful project management, complete comprehensive education curriculum, and pledge to uphold the program's code of ethics.
Energy Star Builder
ENERGY STAR is the government-backed symbol for energy efficiency. The mark identifies new homes and more than 50 types of products that are energy efficient and offer the features, quality, and performance that today’s consumers expect. Products that can earn the ENERGY STAR include appliances, lighting, home office equipment, consumer electronics, and heating and cooling equipment.
